Last Updated: 9 August 2026
At KT COURIERS, we are committed to providing convenient, reliable and transparent delivery solutions for customers, businesses and marketplace vendors.
KT Couriers operates as a marketplace and logistics platform connecting customers, vendors and delivery partners. Delivery times, fees and available services may vary depending on the type of order, collection location, destination, vendor preparation time, package size and selected delivery service.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how deliveries are processed through the KT Couriers platform.

MARKETPLACE DELIVERIES
When a customer places an order through the KT Couriers marketplace, the order may involve:
Customer → Vendor → KT Couriers → Delivery Partner → Customer
The vendor is responsible for preparing and making the order available for collection.
KT Couriers or an appointed delivery partner is responsible for transporting the order from the collection point to the customer's designated delivery location.
The estimated delivery time displayed to the customer may include:
Vendor preparation time;
Collection time;
Dispatch time;
Travel time;
Delivery handover time.
The actual delivery time may vary depending on circumstances outside KT Couriers' reasonable control.
CURRENT SERVICE AREA
KT Couriers is currently focused on serving Johannesburg, Gauteng, Pretoria and surrounding areas, with service availability depending on the specific delivery location and operational coverage.
Our service area may expand as our delivery network grows.
Customers will only be able to place deliveries to locations currently supported by the KT Couriers platform.
Availability of a particular service does not mean that every service is available in every location.
DELIVERY TYPES
4.1 Economy Parcel Delivery
Economy delivery is intended for customers who require a cost-effective parcel delivery option.
Typical target turnaround: 3–4 business days.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on collection and destination locations, operational capacity and other circumstances.
4.2 Standard Parcel Delivery
Standard delivery provides a faster parcel delivery option.
Typical target turnaround: 1–2 business days.
The estimated delivery time provided at checkout or booking will take precedence for the specific order.

Estimated delivery times may therefore include:

Food orders may be subject to additional handling requirements due to their perishable nature.
